Our people make our work possible

We could not deliver the services we do without all the amazing employees, bank staff, and volunteers within our services. Our success is due to our collaborative approach and the people who make things happen.

Our work is person-centred, ensuring everyone receives tailored support to help them overcome personal barriers and achieve their goals and outcomes.

Our people bring true meaning to person-centred support. They are the reason we have been able to support 39,393 people across our services in the last five years, alongside 38,600 family visits within our HMP environment.
